Touch Screen not working

Hello,

the touch screen on my charge 3 isnt working, it lights up to show me the home screen (time etc) when I hit the side button, but won't swipe sidewards or up/down

Touch screen not working, tried restarting with charger connected, full battery... nothing’s happening, no smile face. Tried it plugged into the mains with usb plug and plugged into a computer. Been trying to fix it for well over a hour very frustrating. It’s only 2months old, surely it can’t be broken! Any other ideas? I looked on another forum which said to change the clock face via the app... that’s not worked either 🙁

Put it on yhe charger and hold yhe side button down for at least s minute.
Mine sticks occasionally and that always fixes it.

That's the same clock face I have and mines not working either
