Track your exercise won’t sync-Charge 3

Today my track your exercise days isn’t working. Steps, minutes, and distance have been recorded but it won’t pick up in the days. I’ve opened and closed the app, taken bluetooth off, reset the Fitbit in the charger - still not picking it up. Any suggestions please?

If you are still experiencing difficulties with Tracker your exercise tile, please set up your Fitbit Charge 3 as a replacement device:

 

  1. Tap the Today tab EdsonFitbit_0-1626384378374.png, and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.
