My fitbit is tracking the time and distance I’m out for a run but on the app it’s not showing the route on the map, just a singular short line. Any help?

I posted this same issue below - a couple of days ago. I am a walker and cyclist so no running but the same issue. I'm frustrated.

I'm having the same problem, tracking the distance and time of my run but doesn't show me a map or a breakdown of my km split timing
