Try restarting Bluetooth

I just updated to Android pie on oneplus and  fitbit charge 2 won't sync. It tells me to restart the blueBluet to solve the problem , but it won't help ,, tried unstalling the app and resetting the watch but won't help.. pls resolve

You may be being affected by a bug that affecting a number of people running android pie. Keep an eye on the following thread which has updates from fitbit and some things to try:
