Somehow, i inadvertantly hit the switch for all day sing and my phone and fitbit batteries are draining at a distinctly inconvenient pace!  Hot to I chane it back to Sync When I Say So?

Hello @Ceeschwarz and a warm welcome.  Tap on your profile picture on your Today screen > Charge 2.  If you scroll down the page, you should see the toggle for All-Day Sync.
