Charge 2 not correctly syncing with iPhone

My charge 2 has not been staying synced to my iPhone for about 2 months. I have to constantly restart it fir it to update the app with my information. Is it dying? I keep it charged... I am not able to use it as I used to. Hoping I don’t have to replace it! Any pointers?

Let me help you with your Charge 2 not properly syncing with your iPhone and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. You can try the following:

  1. Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  2. Restart your phone and restart your device
  3. Check that no battery saving app/feature on your phone is affecting your Fitbit app.

I’ve done that multiple times. I seem to have to restart both my phone and my Fitbit multiple times a week..

Ive done that fix multiple times. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app and device on the phone. Bluetooth is working fine. Fitbit only syncs when on the charger. I have 2 iPhone 8’s. It works fine on one and not the other. Both have the current software updates, just different cell carriers. The problem is on the AT&T phone.
