Hi, can anyone offer advice. My straps have broken on my charge 3, I have got replacement but I am unable to remove the old one. Pressing the two release buttons and pulling doesn’t work.
Thanks

I have a similar problem but while I was finally able to get my old band to release the new band will not stay on. It does not "click".on either side. Please help!

Me too - one side clicked on but the other won’t / the little tags are jammed - any ideas?

After receiving zero help from Fitbit support I bought a new tracker from another company. Fitbit's idea of support was to tell me to look at the video on changing bands and then sending me a link to buy a new Fitbit. I wish you luck. I couldn't get either side to click on, even with the band I had just removed. So now the Charge 3 and new bands are history.
