I've just updated my Charge 4 to the latest fw version. But I cannot find the SpO2 app from All Apps, as it's mentioned from the SpO2 manual.
How could I get it?

I think they just have the variance graph in the sleep section dont they?? For some reason, unlike Garmin, they are not going to show the absolute percentage.

Nope. I think they should have a dedicated in-device app, as indicated in the changelog. And I don't think fitbit cannot enable such function here, because Apple watch has enabling it.

Do you have the latest FitBit app installed?
They mention a minimum version required is v3.39:

I just confirmed the FitBit app is supposed to include an SpO2 app:

Hi @moneycat Welcome to the Community Forums. @JustinVV and @Radojevic It's great to see you around.
Thanks for the details provided. Let me share that the SpO2 and the skin temperature features should now be available on the Fitbit app once you have updated your Charge 4 firmware. Please note that you'll need to be in a supported country and have at least 3+ nights of data in order for it to populate. For more details about how to see this data in the Health Metrics tile, see this help article.
@JustinVV Let me clarify that the estimated oxygen variation (EOV) is an estimate of the changes in your blood oxygen saturation levels which can be seen in the sleep tile. On the other hand, the Fitbit SpO2 estimates your average blood oxygen saturation levels and range while you sleep. This data is available in the health Metrics tile on the Fitbit app.
Have a good day!

When will fitbit enable SpO2 in Taiwan?
As far as I know, Taiwan's FDA do NOT restrict such function s when they are used as personal health tracking (and is not related to medical usages).
Competitors like Xiaomi and Apple and etc are enabling them. So please hurry up.

Hi @moneycat. It's nice to see you again.
Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback about the Charge 4 features. I understand how helpful this data would be for you and please know that Fitbit is working working hard to bring the Fitbit SpO2 to our members across the world. Your comments won't go unnoticed and please keep an eye to this link as we'll continue updating the supported countries list.

Wondering why SpO2 not available everywhere. Is there a technical reason? Hoping to see it in Australia soon. The link you give does not actually list the countries where it has been activated.

Welcome to the Community, @Wahbit.
Before anything else, let me explain the link shared above will list the countries where the Health Metrics tile is supported, which includes different stats such as SpO2. I just confirmed Australia is part of the approved countries and the Fitbit SpO2 app should have been added automatically. Because this isn't the case, please check help article and make sure to follow every instruction described in there.
If the issue persists, may I know the model and OS version of your phone? Also, is the Fitbit app updated to the latest version? These details will help me to further investigate.
