i  am   not  able  to  reset  the  old  data  and  sync  the  same  to  new  android  based  phone ,  how  do  i  reset  the  data  and  connect  the  same

Thanks for your post. Unfortunately, I did not quite understand the information that was shared in your post, can you please elaborate a bite more? Which old data are you trying to reset? The one on your Charge 2 or the one that was synced in the past with your Fitbit account? What are you trying to connect or what do you mean when you say "How to I reset the data and connect the same"?
