Unable to send messages

Have been unable to send personal messages to friends from that section of Fit bit. Comes up with 'Unable to send message. Fitbit.com is down for maintenance.' This message has been there for nearly a month! Anyone else had this problem...and managed to find a way round it?

Hello @Roz1953 I'm not sure if your referring to replying to messages through the Charge 2 or if your referring to the Community section of the app on some unknown type of device. If through the app, have you tried to send a message through the web browser? 

I'll be happy to move your post out of Hardware Charge 2 support to the app supplier for your device.

Hi Rich. Cannot send messages to my friends from my Charge 2 Fitbit, which I always used to be able to do. Have found a way via FB but takes longer! Also my Leader board showing friends never updates!! Sigh!! Roz

@Roz1953 the charge 2 does not have the option to send messages. 

You mention friends, are you trying to send messages through the Fitbit app on some type of phone, or through the web
