I am trying to set up a new Charge 2 and my phone finds the tracker and i enter the 4 digit code and then it just says its connecting. Ive tried over 20 times, ive turned blue tooth on and off, i have downloaded latest updates on phone. Nothing is working. Can anyone help?

First, I'd like to appreciate your effort and patience troubleshooting this situation prior to posting. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check all the information that's specified on: How do I set up my Fitbit device? to check if all the requirements are correctly configured to setup your device. Then, you can move forward to the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes.
Please make sure that your mobile device is compatible because due to a compatibility concern you can experience connection difficulties.

Thanks for your reply. i have been through all trouble shooting and checked my phone compatabilty - i have an iphone 10. Still not working?

Seems odd that you're still experiencing difficulties even after trying the troubleshooting steps that were shared on my previous post. To investigate further this situation and for me to determine if this is related with your Fitbit account or the tracker as itself, can you please try to setup your Charge 2 using a computer or another compatible device?
