I have my weekly exercise goal set at 5 of 7 days. Last week, I exercised 7 of 5 days. It says this on my FB charge 2. However, when the weekly progress email came out, it stated I only worked out 5 of 5...Why as this is not accurate? I want it to report that I did more.
I tried to get live chat help on the FB website, but the person kept stating stats or industry standards or "how to set goals" etc, but never answered my question.
Can anyone help me why this is reporting oddly because if we are going to do this, we need to do this accurately and honestly on both sides of the spectrum good and bad!

I appreciate all the details that were shared in your post, I totally understand how frustrating this matter can be for you. Thanks for getting in touch with our Support team prior to posting too. To better assist you with this situation, can you please let me know when was the first time you received an inaccurate Weekly Exercise Goal report and how many times since then? Also, is only the Exercise Goal inaccurate? Which mobile device you're currently using to sync the information that's being recorded with your Charge 2?
In the meantime I receive your answers, please try restarting your Charge 2 to refresh its performance.
