Unable to sync Charge 2 with iPhone 11

Since Monday evening my Fitbit and phone aren't syncing.  I've tried turning the iPhone off and turning off and on the blue tooth, nothing...…….advice?  thank you! 🙂

If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your iOS mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed.
