Hi 

I've not been able to use my fitbit properly  since Thursday all I'm getting iis your having problems connecting to your server  when will this be fixed please  help thanks  Massey

Hello @ABMassey, welcome to the Community Forums! Sorry for the delay in responding.

 

Thanks for your post and bringing this to our attention. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed.

 

Then, you can move forward to the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and let me know how it goes.

Hi I'm having the same problem again with my fitbit hasn't synced since since yesterday sunday not sure what is going on can you help please thanks

Please offer advise other than the generic message of "following sync instructions".  Fitbit charge 2 will not sync to app or computer.  Neither device finds the fitbit through bluetooth.  Please assist.

My device won’t sync with the new update. The screen said it’s not compatible.... that’s not cool.

Mine finally synced! I didn’t do anything though so I’m not sure why it took so many hours for the device to catch up with the new update.
