Unreliable service.

Delivery time on Fitbit web store was completely misleading and unfortunately not realistic. Support absolutely unreliable. They have advised me on solutions which were not feasible. Extremely disappointed. They have charged my card for a service they cannot provide and they assume no responsibility. The worst buying experience I ever had.

First off, what tracker are you talking about? You posted to the Charge HR forums and that tracker has been out of service for years.

 

What specifically is your issue?
