Unresponsive Charge 2

hi my charge 2 was mirroring information on the screen, by the time I got home it was completely black, I tried putting it to charge and doing the restart as everyone seems to suggest but nothing happens.  Have tried different outlets, it buzzes after the 6 seconds, but then nothing happens, have been trying for over 24 hours, have left it on charge and nothing happens.  Green lights on back are working.   Fitbit app says charge 2's battery is 100% but also says "no device found." 

Any help would be great, thank you.
