Unresponsive Charge 3

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My Charge 3 was a year old in April. It’s my third one - the first one cracked & the second just stopped working (both Charge 2). My Charge 3 does nothing but display the clock face and data- it won’t scroll, can’t charge brightness, can’t turn off alarm & won’t display messages. I tried the recommended fixes to no avail. I did notice that when I take it off only a green light blinks on the backside (occasionally) no blinking red light like before.   Help please

Thanks

Thank you for the update
My Charge 3 is completley dead again Its been plugged into Charger via a USB monitor which shows its drawing 1-2 mA and so far taken 1341 mA
No response at all when pressing the side button to attempt a reset
This is the same thing as last time but I was eventually able to recover it
Out of warranty so what happens next ?
