Everything died in my charge 2.  Tried charging it.  Tried restart.  Tried plugging into charger, holding button on the side 30 seconds,, then tried unplugging Fitbit.  Tried changing clock face.  Nothing.

Hi @in2photo, welcome to the Community Forums!

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for trying some troubleshooting steps before posting over here. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensors are flashing or is your device completely unresponsive? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check our help article: Why isn't my battery charging on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes.

Let me know if you have any additional questions, I'll be here.

Mine had been working great, but I forgot to take my charger on a trip & battery died. I charged it to 100% when I got home & it worked fine for a day & I realized I needed to sync it to get correct date & time. I synced it & when I went to bed it was working fine & woke up this morning & it was dead. I’ve tried rebooting & nothing.
