I don’t know if you’ve found out but I’ve just updated my Fitbit app but there’s no SPO2 chart / reading but I haven’t gone to bed yet so hoping yes it will be there in the morning as someone said in the community that it will be around the 22nd of this month

Did it work for you? Because it's not doing anything for me...

Best Answer

Thanks Davey,  but it did not work for mine.

have told me to do this before and they say in the email they are still
working on it lol

Thanks @MattFitbit I'm looking forward to the outcome of the investigation.

Hopefully we'll have the feature working again.

Hi Davey

Thanks for your post. However, I am confused (often happens😉) and would appreciate your advice on the details:

Firstly, "Device" - what device are you using?  I am using a Fitbit Versa 2

Secondly "the button".  Which button is this?  Referring to the Versa, if it is the button on the left hand side then it is not possible to hold this down while the versa is plugged into the charging cradle/cable

thanks for you help

Chris (CBV2)

@CBV2 You are in the Charge 3 section of the forum. You may want to ask in the section dedicated to the Versa 2

Thanks for getting back to me firstly i have a charge 3 and the button that
he told me to hold and press is on the left hand side of the Fitbit charge
3 watch when it’s connected to the charging cable dock.

Hope this helps.

So I have had the 02 graph for several months and now it is gone.  easy come, easy go.

Support was explaining how to do a restart. This is also explained in your user manual and on fitbits help site.

How do I restart my Fitbit device?

@CBV2 yes it is the back button on the left.

My EOV graph has been displaying for a month.  The Android update from 4 days ago removed it and all past data.

I bought my charge 3 in mid December 2019 and the 02 sensor worked straight away until 25/1/20. It disappeared along with the data which is really helpful to me as I have a respiratory cancer.

l would like the sensor to be reactivated thanks.

The Estimated Oxygen Variability feature was working for a week or two and now it's disappeared from my dashboard. Any clues about what might be going on?

Best Answer

I have been religiously wearing a Fitbit charge 3 for over a year now, purchased specifically for the SpO2 sensor data and have been waiting patiently to be able to view the data. After a month of hearing about others getting it in a roll out, I have still seen nothing. So frustrating!!!!

If you have an android phone you can manually install (sideload) the version prior to v3.13

I might give it a crack later

I've been waiting for the feature for a while now. I haven't seen it at all. I tried loading the 3.1.2 but it I didn't get the feature there either.

When will the feature be released to all? My firmware version is 28.20001.63.5 and I'm back running 3.13 on Android 9. I'm in Norway.

@MattFitbit
Mine is the same. I had it for 2 weeks and it disappeared when the app updated.
As far as I know. App shows on 3.13 (919)

Versa 2 shows Version 70.7.14.
if there is an update for either one, it doesn’t  show available.

Exactly the same thing. In fact,  I had been collecting data for doctor per his request and it ALL has disappeared. I have cancelled my doctor appointment!🤦🏻‍:female_sign:
