I don’t know if you’ve found out but I’ve just updated my Fitbit app but there’s no SPO2 chart / reading but I haven’t gone to bed yet so hoping yes it will be there in the morning as someone said in the community that it will be around the 22nd of this month

Thank you - rebooted all and still no good. Now, how does one contact Fitbit? Been going in circles for an hour on the website.

Hi Matt. Appreciate your explanation of the EOV graph. However, many of us are interested in our SP02 level particularily with the COVID pandemic. Is there a way to interpret the EOV graph IF your blood oxygen is 95-100%....or alternatively less than 90%? Maybe the location of the green part of the graph? I do get that you will not at this point tell us what the SPO2 level is, but can we get a hint from the EOV graph? Variability could simply be taking a big breath while sleeping....not an indicator of oxygen level.

Some indication of relative O2 levels would be greatly appreciated. It could also benefit ongoing scientific studies at Stanford and the Scripps Institute that are using real time Fitbit data to try and preemptively detect COVID19 infection before normal symptoms arise.

I posted this in another thread but thought it might help here too. I had success retrieving missing EOV data on my Charge 4 by using the Clear Data function. Fitbit Device > Settings > About > Clear Data. Then plug the fitbit into the charger and go into the app on your phone and select "+Set up a Device" > "Replace" and go through the instructions to connect. Very happy to have the EOV data show up in the graph after doing this.
