I don’t know if you’ve found out but I’ve just updated my Fitbit app but there’s no SPO2 chart / reading but I haven’t gone to bed yet so hoping yes it will be there in the morning as someone said in the community that it will be around the 22nd of this month

My spo2 graph returned. I haven't updated the app. Happy here 🙂 Must be something server side.

Yes how weird. All working here also.

I was looking at the mi band 4 which is much cheaper with better features

Well, you guys are lucky, I have yet to see ANY SP02 graph on my app. It never showed up. Still waiting and still waiting for them to fix the text notification issue that im still having.

Never saw it on my Charge 3. Is this a "Premium" feature that one must pay 10.00/month for? Is this vaporware? Using firmware 28.20001.63.5 and app ver 3.13.

Do not see any feature/function to activate. Its now the end of January. From what I've read in these forums one can count those with this function on one hand vs everyone else. Thank you.

So I know this is the Charge 3 group.
but my Sp02 keeps coming and going now. As does the app showing me having or not having premium (I have premium, but I don’t think you need it for the EOV to show).

If you have had the EOV and it disappeared,

Try:

Rebooting your watch. I have a Versa 2 but just do it however your’s work.

Next delete app from phone.

restart/reboot phone.
reload app.
sign in.
let it synch

and Everything returns. (At least for me). I don’t know if this is a bug with FitBit or iOS or something else

Just to reference what I have

iPhone XS Max, iOS 13.3 (no update available)

FitBit app 3.13 (919)

FitBit Versa 2 - 70.7.14 (35.70.7.14)

Until now, I never had SpO2 data visualization on my charge 3 (bought 14 months ago because of the SpO2 sensor).

I tried MandaPandaBear's way but it did not work out for me.

Andreas (Germany). No premium.

PS: I am thinking about my next smartwatch, maybe an Asus VivoWatch BP which also can measure blood pressure.

Yeah, I think it is more for those who had it then it keeps disappearing. I don’t know why it isn’t fully out yet. As in mine will randomly disappear. But apparently continues to collect data. So after reboots and reloads it returns. I am not sure about those who have never had access 😞

Update: A day ago I noticed the graph re-appeared. It had a small measure of a green line on the chart. The day after that, the empty graph again. This morning a fully populated graph (wiggly green line).

We shall wee how long it remains 🙂

Thanks for the suggestion MandaPandaBear. I tried this on my Versa2 but no change, no Spo2 graph.

Another contributor posted a link to a Tizen page where the commentator remarked that Fitbit was rolling out the upgrade to the US first.  I'm in Aus so I guess we wait, and wait.

Yeah I had to delete the app again today, it again stopped showing my EOV (even for previous days, and showed I was no longer premium again), rebooted my phone, and then download the app again. And...it was all back. I have no idea why this keeps happening. And it only started with the most recent FITBIT APP update.

So is the graph only for premium users or the mortals can see it too?

Do you lose any data if deleting the app and reinstalling

I believe everyone with the right FitBits will eventually get access. I don’t know how many people actually have access currently. I just notice when my EOV disappears, so does my app showing I have premium.  But I think it just shows up on a different area of the sleep screen for non-premium users.

@SunsetRunner  no, all my data is still there. I don’t remove my watch from FitBit. Just deleting and reloading the app. Just incase always synch you FitBit before deleting the app. (Just in case, especially if you reboot your Fitbit)

Oh right thanks but I’ve noticed since updating app sometimes it doesn’t
track my sleep so I’ve rebooted but no fix so I’m waiting on support
getting in touch with me

Hi everyone!

Just thought I would jump in here to confirm; that our engineers have identified and fixed an issue that was causing the EOV graph to disappear. Users who have access to the EOV preview should now see the graph again.

As a reminder, the EOV graph has not yet been released to all users. I appreciate your patience as our team works to have this feature rolled out to everyone. I will be sure to keep you all updated once I have more news on that front.

Thanks to everyone who is taking the time to provide feedback on their EOV experience!

Sorry but this has not been answered. It's the 30th here and nothing.

Rolled out on what timescale?

I've heard everything from "some time in 2020" to December 2019-Jan 2020.. of which the latter is about to end.

Hi Matt

thanks for your reply. Now that I have your attention (I hope) I would be assisted, and maybe we all would be, if we had a better understanding of how this all works.  So, my Versa reads my data nanosecond to nanosecond, but what happens to that data then.  I had thought that it is stored in memory on the Versa until it gets within range of my iPhone and then bluetooths it to the iPhone app which processes it. Is this the case?  Or does the Versa wi-fi it somehow to servers somewhere, in California maybe, where the data is processed and then transmitted via internet back to the iPhone app.  Or something.  Is there information on this somewhere that I can study?

best regards

Ok.. so it's NOT out to everyone yet then? I'm so sick of reading articles about this newly released thing that made me PRE-ORDER my charge 3 of which I've seen nothing. Not even  had it and gone, but nothing ever. I was starting to think it was me, or that I had to be premium. I guess, I've had my Fitbits for 5 years now, what's another unknown amount of time? Looking back at my data (trying to find how long I've been chained along) I see you lost that 5 years of data too somewhere between now and a couple weeks ago. You could at least give us a time line.. instead of "some time this year".
