Upgraded iOS app loses link with my charge 2

Hi,

 

After upgrading my app 1 week ago,   I find myself always pairing my charge 2 with the iOS app.  
When I re-pair my tracker to my phone,  it works fine for a while,  but the following morning it cannot find my charge 2 and I have to pair them again. 

 

My charge 2 firmware version :  22.58.00

iOS fitbit version : 3.14

Let me help you with your Charge 2 not consistently syncing with your iPhone and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. You can try the following:

 

  1. Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  2. Restart your phone and restart your device
  3. Check that no battery saving app/feature on your phone is affecting your Fitbit app.
