How dio I check If my fitbit has the latest firmware update?

If there is a new version of the firmware available then you'll get notified in the app and be given an option to apply the update. So, if there is no notification then you are up to date.

 

There is a list of updates to the firmware at: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1372.htm

 

Note that when a new version is released it can take several weeks for it to rollout to all people.
