My Charge 3 wont record my treadmill steps. I do have it set to record. Any suggestions for this?

It detects steps from your arm swing.  If you are holding hand rail, steps might not be detected.  You can probably get better step count with fitbit in a pocket, but lose heart rate data.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

I was able to see here that our friend @JohnnyRow provided some instructions regarding using your tracker while being in the treadmill. Was this the answer you were looking for?
