My Versa3 won’t receive text messages- I thought it may have been my last phone (iphone6s) but have just updated to I phone 8 and after following  all the instructions I am stil not receiving notifications on my fit bit

Do you still have your old phone? I'm wondering if it still has a link to the fitbit in its bluetooth settings that may be confusing things.

No I don’t have my old phone - (my daughter has it but not in the same
house) I could never get my fit to connect to that phone either
