Hi, just wondering if any one can help me. I have a fit bit charge 3 which for some unknown reason the screen has got some vertical grey lines running down it. I tried to reboot no change then i tried the long reset which didnt complete as the progress bar never appeared, just a smiley face, taunting me, any ideas what to do ? Thanks in advance, Donna

same thing. We removed the fitbit and put it back on and still the same.
