Just after 12 months of the purchase, my fitbit charge 3 has gotten vertical white lines across the screen and I have trouble using the touch screen. I have to click the side button over and over in order to eventually be able to swipe through the menu. I've no problem syncing but it's really annoying when I want to start a workout or check my progress during a workout (since it takes a lot of time). Also, the screen shines annoying bright due the lines and turns itself on when I'm about to sleep, disrupting my sleep. I've tried all the reboots and restarts but think this is a mechanical error. Since I bought it in Sweden, I wonder if I have two year warranty according to EEA (Economic European Area), as stated in your warranty?

This sounds like a hardware issue and not something a restart will fix. Please contact Fitbit Customer Support for further resolutions.
