Very hot and buzzing

So I woke up at 4:40am with my Charge 3 burning hot and buzzing continuously. I whipped it off my wrist and held the side button til the buzzing stopped. Left it unplugged to cool. Charged it at 9am, and it’s fine today, but that was concerning, and I’m not keen for that to happen again - seems like a few folk have had overheating and / or buzzing issues. My Fitbit is well within warranty.
