My Charge 3 won't sync

Hello, I am having a hard time as my Charge 3 won't sync anymore. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall the app, a soft and hard reset of my Fitbit, unpaid it from my phone settings, I have tried pretty much everything at this stage.

Please can you help me? I have only had it for a few months!
