Hi

 

I bought a special edition charge 3.  The normal and strong vibration settings feel exactly the same.  I have been using a standard charge 3 and the difference is extremely obvious.

 

Please help, it is unpleasant having the tracker on strong vibrate.

I was just about to start a thread on exactly this!  I just got the special edition charge 3 today, upgrade from the 2.  I noticed the Normal and Strong vibration settings are the same strength! The reason I noticed this is that the vibrations are so loud! I thought that's annoying enough when I'm alone, now every time I'm in public or with friends it's going to be disruptive. Especially if in a quiet place like a meeting, library, or classroom.

IS FITBIT AWARE OF THIS? and can it be resolved?

I exchanged mine for this reason and still the same issue.

I would suggest we both contact fitbit.
