Hi,
I walk every morning with the tracker and voice cues every km. Since the last update of the app (18/11/19) I no longer get voice cues, but at the point when one would normally happen, tracker goes blank and screen reverts to homepage. If I click on the + sign next the Tracker, the tracker reopens and continues normally, with no gap in the tracking until it reaches the next km, when this repeats. It still records the walk normally but I miss my voice cues.
I have checked all the settings I know of (voice cue is on, with relevant reminders checked), including the volumes on my phone, but no luck. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, turned my phone (Xiaomi Mi A2 Android, running version 9) off and on...now I've run out of options...Any advice welcome please. Thanks, Rosie

Can we get some clarification @RosieUK
Your Blaze does not have the ability to give voice cues.
Are you using the Fitbit app on the phone to record walk?
At the point when you should get a voice cue, what does the Blaze on your arm do? Or is it the Fitbit app that goes wonkers.

Hi Rich,
I have a Fitbit Charge 2 but use the Fitbit app linked t it on my phone for tracking my walks. I have been using the voice cue on the app successfully for nearly a year so I know it is working OK. It is only since the latest update that the voice cue on the app has stopped working.
Thanks Rosie

Yes, and relevant cue types checked, volume on phone turned up, battery saver off... Thanks... Rosie
