My Fitbit recorded my morning walk accurately but nothing in the afternoon when I had an even longer walk.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for the details that were shared. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this issue? Are your tracking your activity with the SmartTrack auto-recognition feature only or with the Exercise app as well? Are you experiencing this issue with this specific activity or with all of them? In the meantime I receive your answers, please restart your Charge 2 and learn more about how your activity is tracked here: How do I track my activity with my Fitbit device?
