Hi, I just set up my new charge 4 and I wanted to change the clock face. I was scrolling when I saw the clock face M- Tumbler. It says it is incomparable with my device but it says it s absolve on charge 4. I had a charge 4 before this and had M- Tumbler as the clock face with tho problem

Please help ASAP

Hello @Zahra.4 and welcome to the Community.  Your new Charge 4 has the firmware from when it was manufactured.  There may have been as many as five updates since it was manufactured.  Fitbit is constantly sending out firmware updates and you "got in line" when you activated your new Charge 4.  It can take 24-48 hours for you to get the current firmware.  In many cases, you need the current firmware to change the clock face.  The current firmware is version 1.100.43.  An easy way to see your firmware version is to tap on your profile picture > Charge 4 tile.  Please come back for more help if you still can't get the clock face when you are fully updated.
