When I turn my wrist , the watch face does not show anything

When I turn my wrist or double tap the screen, the watch face does not show anything. Have to push the button. Just started today

Hold the button for few more seconds until the following options appear:-

 

DND

Sleep

Screen Wake

 

Tap to activate Screen Wake and ensure the rest are off.

 

Hope the above sort out the issue.
