Watch face is cracked

My Charge 2 watch face has a long crack on the right side of it.  I have not done anything to cause this.  How can I replace it without buying a whole new Fitbit?

Let me help you with your Charge 2 screen. The screen isn't replaceable so I created a ticket with our Support team so they can further assist you.
