On my watch I used to be able to see the time clearly and recent couple if days it looks light the numbers have lines going through it and I can't read it at all too dark.

Hi, @AMT80 , your Charge 4 screen may have accidentally got set to Dim mode. To change this swipe left on the screen until you come to the settings menu, and tap to toggle between brightness levels,
If the screen is on Dim you may need to go into a very dark room to be able to see the settings menu.
if after changing the brightness level you are still seeing lines across the screen I would recommend giving your Fitbit a restart. Instructions are here: restart Fitbit . Sometimes you need to repeat the restart a couple of times before it works.
