My brand new Fitbit charge 3 is fully charged and fully synced but the weather app just says no weather data try syncing with my phone but it is fully synced
I’ve just found an answer to this one which worked for me. Go into the Fitbit app settings on your phone and make sure location access is changed to always. Then I added my location again on the Fitbit app and synced my tracker. The weather came straight up.
