Weather not syncing-Charge 3

My weather doesn’t sync automatically. Apparently the only way to get it to update is to manually sync. Can the charge 3 be set up to sync automatically?

I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced with your Fitbit Charge 3. Thank you for the information provided.

 

If the weather doesn't update automatically, please check the following settings:

  • Location services must be turned on for the Fitbit app. For instructions, please visit this article
  • The Fitbit app must remain running in the background on your phone.

 

In addition, please check if there is any pending Weather app update:

 

  1. Open the Fitbit app, tap the Today tab > your profile picture > your device image.
  2. Tap Apps
  3. If an app has a pending update, you'll see an Update button next to the name of the app.
