Since beginning of 2020 my weekly data summary decreases every week and does NOT match the daily data.

Are you recovering to your Monday emails. These run from Monday to Sunday. I usually find them accurate but they may be off depending on when sync occurs.

I understand that but when the weekly summary is off by 60,000 steps and has gone down in every category every week even though I get accurate daily counts I think something is not functioning. And it's not just a matter of Sunday to Monday. If the data for the summary is taken from your daily data how can it be so wrong? And by the way...the upgraded app is not nearly as responsive and user friendly as the older version was.

@Pickleballtx Welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here! Sorry for the delay in my reply.

Let me help you with your weekly reports. Your weekly report is made with the information synced to your account at the time it is issued. If you don't sync periodically then data may be missing from it even if you can view it at a later date on your account (since this means you synced after the report was made). I suggest you sync at least once every day specially on Sundays and early on Mondays so all your steps and activities are saved on your account.

@Rich_Laue thank you for your help in this thread.

Let me know how it goes.
