Im finding no-where that i can leave feedback or even ask questions if i want a genuine straight answer from FitBit. I orderd a new strap for my wifes Charge2 back in october. I knew it would not ship till november, but asked half way through, where my item might be. Just got an answer "will be shipped in november". SO...i asked again near the end.."in a week" ..that was 2 weeks ago.I have asked for a refund yesterday, and got an email late last night.."its been shipped"?? Nothing else, no APOLOGY, nothing. So checked tracking and get nothing from it. Its not a huge amount of money, pence really, but the fact of no apology in all the time ive been in contact as to why or when or anything, thats what gets me now-a-days when trying to deal with companies, why can they not just give that small amount of customer care when dealing with anyone. I still want my refund and do not want to deal with FitBit at all really because of this, but i guess im going to get the run-around......

I don't think so! I strapped both (different times) to my ankle, carrying in my pocket and on
my wrist. Just to see out come. Same treadmill, elliptical, miles, time, speed, calories burned and motion. I got 3 different readings every time when wearing them on the wrist alone,as well as the other locations.
At one point I did 4 miles on the elliptical and the Fitbit registered 1.7 miles. Next time around I have to enter the outcome of the elliptical manually in to the Fitbit under weekly exercise. 4 miles were calculated out to 8617 steps taken and averaging 2154 steps (that sounds more like it). But than I can't wear the fitbit when exercising because it still only partially registers your motions. Just to make it clear.....I exercised with the fitbit 3 times on my wrist alone and got 3 different readings. Syncing was an issue in the beginning as well....hit and mist even thought I followed instructions.

The product is expensive and when it stops working while under warranty, customer service does NOT help.

Looking to leave a review as well. I have had three fitbits and all three have had issues. Fitbit versa is my current one and I have problems weekly. Glitches in every single thing. I have been in contact with them since December 26th, 2018 about logging water issue and they just keep telling me sorry, our developers are aware. I have asked for replacement but they won’t send one. I now continually have to factory reset (which takes two hours or more to re set it up) weekly. I Refuse to have to factory reset a $230 product weekly.

My band broke for no reason and it fell and cracking the screen. Less than a year old and fitbit says I'm on my own.
I'll never get another one.

I've left comments on Twitter and Instagram. I'm heading to Facebook next then back to Twitter and Instagram. Go share your pictures and stories all over their social media sites. These things are not cheap and should have some longevity.

Switched to Apple Watch. Best decision ever made.

In order to get your 2nd replacement did you have to send back the first? I'm having a similar problem and was told they do not send return labels. Would rather not be paying out of my own pocket just to receive yet another product that doesn't work.

100% agree! I finally just cut my losses after 3 fitbits died in a year and I had to deal with their terrible customer service over and over. Apple Watch is absolutely the best decision ever and the only real solution to the problem, I love it! Will NEVER go back to Fitbit. Just had to buy a fitness tracker for my 14 year old son who runs cross country and I didn’t even consider Fitbit. I got him a Garmin and he loves it.

Was trying to find a place to leave a review. Bought a Versa and had it about 10 months and then it stopped working. They sent me out a replacement and that one lasted me about 5 months and then died. Now I am given the option for 25% on new device. Doesn’t make sense to spend that much money on a device that last less than a year. On top of all that, my wife and mine also stopped working displaying text messages when iOS upgrade. Not giving them my loyalty or business anymore.

Fitbit does not honor a purchase from Kohl's either. Got it for Christmas, had some issues, was chatting and calling their tech support a few times as well. Wanted to ask for a refund but of course they said no, go back to Kohls. Well since I "wasted" time trying to remedy first, it was passed the 30 days that Kohl's allows for a return. NOT AT ALL HAPPY WITH MY VERSA 2. My charge (from a few years ago) was a much better piece. DO NOT BUY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I totally agree with you SJHPG1 . . . I will NEVER buy from them again and unfortunately found out too late. I was a big Fitbit fan until this experience . . . just hope we all can get enough information out there for others and save them on wasting their money. DON'T BUY FITBIT!!!!

" . . . . how can the number one selling tracker not work . . . "
Hope we all can get enough frustration out there with their customer service so that they are no longer #1.

OMG Atkins16, that is nonsense! I too have had problems synching. Says I haven't synched in days on my "agenda" but yet I did one an hour ago. Also, my Alexa tends to drop a lot. Not at all impressed with my Versa 2 and feel I through my money down the drain! 😞

Would if I had the money but after investing in my Fitbit Versa 2, I can't. 😞

@dusk807 Kohl's is an authorized dealer. Please read the warranty again. Fitbit only gives the 45 day return policy to those that purchase through Fitbit.com. Did you purchase it through fitbit.com? Since it was bought through Kohl's you need to go by Kohl's policy.
If it isn't working your still covered by Fitbits Warranty.
