Where to review a Fitbit product?

This seems very odd to me. There doesn't seem to be a way for a customer to leave a product rating and review for Fitbit. Today I decided to write a review for Charge 3. But I cannot write a review for this on Amazon!! Apparently due to suspicious review activities. And there's nowhere on the Fitbit website to leave an honest customer feedback. I think that's nuts. My Charge 3 didn't even last a year... it's basically a piece of dud. But there's no place to express that.

A few places to leave reviews include:

 

- here on the community message boards

- on the website for the retailer from where you purchased the device

- on the App Store (or Google store) for the FitBit app itself

 

Unfortunately, you are not alone in having a Charge 3 that lasted less than a year before self destructing.  My wife’s device died yesterday...less than a year after purchase.

I too would like to review the Charge 3. My first stopped working , screen went blank and wouldn’t come on. As it was still in warranty I was sent a new Fitbit Charge 3. I’ve had this for approx 3 months and the exact same thing has happened. Screen blank and tried everything suggested by help desk but to no avail. Both of my charge 3s wouldn’t stay connected to Bluetooth and struggled to sync. 
My charge 3 is no longer in warranty so I’ve been offered 35% discount on a new device. Went on website and found versa 2 with £40 off but I can’t use my discount on sale price. Don’t think I’ll be bothering with another Fitbit, not fit for purpose.

I've looked everywhere to leave a review I've even chatted with customer service. They tell me I could get on the community delivery review that's not what I want to do I want to leave a review for the unaware customer that's interested in buying their first smartwatch to tell them to stay clear Fitbit. Irish Joy was the person who helped me on customer service was not very helpful at all and claimed that there would be a survey at the end of our chat to put my input on the customer service and leave a review neither happened. I've been so frustrated with Fitbit and spent lots of money through their products and have that bought three watches in the past. Purchase the sense and they redesigned the way the strap goes on and it kept falling off my wrist eventually it fell to its death! Fall on the design maybe it's just meant for women's wrists I don't know.

Exactly the same thing happen to me! The Inspire HR didn’t last a year (touchscreen froze) so I received replacement. Replacement didn’t last a year either (same thing, screen froze) but it’s pass warranty so they offer me 35% discount. I’m not buying another pice of **ahem** even with the 50% discount. Very poor quality and way overpriced for the time it actually works. Not worth buying!!! I wish I could see honest reviews before I purchased.

I've just read all of these issues - I hope I'm posting to all.  Have been looking to write review also, all to no avail.  I purchased a Fit Bit Inspire HR in November 2019.  It lasted less than 2 years & stopped syncing via my phone.  I went to the F.B. Cust Service chat & after spending approx 1 hour trouble shooting, he indicated that it was not responding anymore - GEE I told you that.  I was a bit out of warrantee, so I got the same song-n-dance, of being offered a new unit @ 35% OFF the retail (over $100, OBTW).  The Inspire HR was no longer available, so he suggested the LUXE.  So I went for it.  1st thing I did not like the display, so what it's in color.  The fonts are so small, especially the battery icon, I need to use a magnifying glass to read it.  2nd it's supposed to notify me of a cell phone call by vibrating & showing notice on device face.  That happened ONCE - & never again.  3rd to view info, the instructions say to tap on the device face 2 times,  NOT happening on 2 taps,,,, sometimes it's 3 + taps :(. On the Inspire, all you had to do is push the small button of the side of the device & info would appear on face.  So this week I was having trouble syncing my device.  Would not sync at all & device was fully charged.  I have it  6 months @ the most.  I contacted FB Cust Ser chat & again over 1 hour trying to trouble shoot, all to no avail.  So he said I'm within warrantee & they are sending me a new one, once I send this one back,  So I'll be w/out tracking for at least a week or so.  I'm wondering if this one I have is a refurbished model ??? And what will they be sending me ??? Not worth the $$'s.  once this one goes, I'm moving on to another manufacturer tracker.  Thanks for reading 😞 😞
