I jus received my replacement charge 3 device. I added it to my account it all sinced properly but the device went black and there is only a white line in the middle and can't do anything as it is not responding.
Any thoughts?

Same problem I have with my new charge 3. I've spent hours trying to get rid of it but no luck. In my case I am trying to setup using Windows 10, and it doesn't appear it ever does the setup correctly.
