During setup of the Charge 3, the tracker will allow me to connect to blue tooth, but immediately after will only display a white line across the screen and will not display anything else. In order to get it to display anything I have to do a hard reset, which takes me back to the setup screen. If I try to setup the watch again, it will connect to blue tooth then start the process over again.

Update! It turns out that I could not update the Charge 3 through my desktop utilizing the dongle. I had to set it up on the computer, wait for the line to come up, then use the fitbit app on my phone to update it. This took a couple tries, but so far so good. God speed little charge 3, God speed. Now I have to play the waiting game to see if the update takes.

After threatening death and destruction upon the Charge 3, it has finally decided to accept the update and operate as advertised.
