Hi can anybody help. Since just after midday today while I was at work My Fitbit charge 3 has had vertical white lines on display screen. I’ve been reading through some help threads on forum and have tried restarting as suggested but this has done nothing. I’ve tried restarting from my wrist through settings and have also plugged into wall and completely shut down and restarted with smiley face icon
I have no idea why this has suddenly happened any help trying to resolve this problem welcomed.
This is the second problem I’ve had with my Fitbit charge 3s in past 12 months, last year it broke and couldn’t be restarted so Fitbit sent a replacement which was fantastic but I’m losing faith in the product which is a shame as I’ve had Fitbits since 2016

Thanks for sharing that your Charge 3's screen has been having issues, as well for the steps tried on your own. I understand how you're feeling as your tracker should be working correctly without this behavior. I was checking your details and I noticed that you have opened a case with our Support team. Since they're handling your case, I'd recommend to keep an open communication so they can provide with further assistance.
