Is anyone else tired of all these stupid messages that accumulate and never go away? Why can't I erase them?

Aloha my friend @Tim182P, it's nice to see you again! ![]()
Thank you for clarifying this topic, my suggestion is uninstall the Fitbit application from your phone, restart the mobile device and reinstall the app. Once it's install again, log in and deny the notifications. Also go to the setting of your iPhone, go to the Fitbit application and select Notifications, there you have the option to manage them, please check the pictures below:
Let me know if you have any questions.

Hey @Tim182P and @ACG, what a great day to step in the forums. ![]()
I completely understand your point of view and I want to thank you for sharing your comments. My suggestion is giving a vote to this idea already suggested by another Fitbitter, spread the word so it can get more votes and comments and get the attention from our developers.
See you around.

Should have said notifications. Same idea. I had to re-load app, it asked me if I wanted notifications. I said NO. Getting the anyhow. They are turned off on iPhone. Still get them. Tech support is no help. They go all the way back to March 28. Totally useless and annoying .

Hello again my friend @Tim182P, it's nice to see you! Thank you for giving the previous troubleshooting a try, it seems really odd that after those steps you're still getting the notifications. About your suggestion to have an option to manage the notifications inside the Fitbit app, I suggest posting it in our Feature Suggestions board and spread the word about it so it can get more comments and votes, and get the attention from our developing team.
Catch you later. ![]()

Best AnswerThis doesn't work for me either. It's the obvious thing to do i.e. turn off notifications within settings. But I still get the message "good morning" on my iphone when I press the home button to move from an app (any app, not fitbit) back to the home screen. HOW does one stop "good morning, (surname or whatever)" from always coming up?
