My fitbit records my steps OK but I cannot transfer that data to my laptop's fitbit data base. Why is that?

@emmybeck , A warm welcome to the Community! Thank you for your message. 

 

In order for the data recorded on the Charge 4 to appear on your account, you'll need to sync your tracker.

The most confortable way is via bluetooth over with a mobile device. Once the Charge 4 is synced with your app, you'll be able to see the data on the online Dashboard (fitbit.com)
