Why does my Charge HR keep asking me to log in?

Is anyone else having the issue where their fitbit keeps asking them to log in?  I've done it already, and should not have to keep doing it.

Computer or phone?

 

Computer Clear your cache

Phone: Shut the phone down then go back in and see if it resolves it self. If not Un-install app. Shut phone down again and go back in and re-install it

I suddenly get asked to sign in, it worked ok this morning. Then I am told my sign in is wrong,3 times. Says it as sent email which I have not received. What rubbish. No more fitbit for me

This has also been happening to me almost daily, and sometimes twice a day, and I'm pretty sick of it. Then 9 times out of 10 when I sign in I get an "Oops" error message. To resolve it I need to close the app, shut down my iPhone, open the iPhone again, open the app again, sign in again.  I'm so irritated by this I'm seriously looking for a different brand.  There has never been a satisfactory explanation for this stupid hassle that I've been able to find.
