My Fitbit Charge 2 has this random thing where it just disconnects from my phone and I don’t understand why. Can anyone please tell me how to stop this?

Hey @Alpha2503, welcome to the Community! Let me give you a hand on this, but first, let me ask you, what type of phone are you using? Is it a compatible device? I'm asking because if is not, that could be the main reason why your tracker and your phone keeps disconnecting.
Let me know!

Thanks for your reply @Alpha2503! That is correct my friend, the iPhone SE is a compatible device to work with Fitbit devices, so you can enjoy all the features between it and your Charge 2. However, if you are experiences inconveniences, please take a look at the troubleshooting in this help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
Give it a try and let me know how it goes!

Article doesn’t help much. Device sets up okay, just starts to lose until it won’t sync at all and I lose my data until I can plug in my Inspre, because I have to forget the device and start over,
