Why does my Fitbit randomly keep unsyncing from my phone?

My Fitbit Charge 2 has this random thing where it just disconnects from my phone and I don’t understand why. Can anyone please tell me how to stop this?

Hey @Alpha2503, welcome to the Community! Let me give you a hand on this, but first, let me ask you, what type of phone are you using? Is it a compatible device? I'm asking because if is not, that could be the main reason why your tracker and your phone keeps disconnecting.

My phone is an iPhone SE. In the group of the iPhone 6’s, I believe it is a compatible device.

Thanks for your reply @Alpha2503! That is correct my friend, the iPhone SE is a compatible device to work with Fitbit devices, so you can enjoy all the features between it and your Charge 2. Article doesn’t help much. Device sets up okay, just starts to lose until it won’t sync at all and I lose my data until I can plug in my Inspre, because I have to forget the device and start over,
