Any reason for my Charge 2 to have wiped out about half my activity yesterday it was charged to 90% and working fine. This morning I’m missing 6-7K steps.

Hi @nancy8561 -- a couple of possibilities and troubleshooting steps ...
1. If you manually add an activity with distance, or sync over a run or walk from another app, fitbit will calculate 'steps' for that activity by dividing the distance by the stride length in your settings (generally based on your height), and then use those calculated steps for the activity time period instead of whatever your CH2 recorded. If that happened, you can get the CH2 recorded steps to show back up by deleting the activity. (Even if you don't think this is the problem, check to see if you have any activities listed for yesterday, and if so, delete them to see if they were affecting your step count).
2. If you have more than one device, and carry both around such that both are detecting some movement, then fitbit will try to reconcile the different steps counts, which will make the step count on one device go down and the other go up after they both sync. The step differences can result in a big drop from your 'all day' fitbit (your CH2) step count, if you carry say, a Versa or Ionic, around in your backpack or purse to use for runs or gym workouts. The problem is that the Versa/Ionic or other fitbit in the bag picks up some steps because the bag is being carried around, but not the normal amount you would get if wearing it, so that when the bag fitbit and the one you are wearing both sync, the steps on the one you are wearing drop. You can only fix this issue by not carrying around a second fitbit.
3. If neither the above issues applies, it may just be a glitch which you can fix by restarting the CH2.

@nancy8561 A warm welcome to our Community! Sorry to hear about your missing information. Additionally to the possibilities @Baltoscott mentioned it could be caused by a third party app as these could sync their activities and these show as manually logged activities on your Fitbit account. If you can, please share a screenshot of the activities area on your Fitbit account.
