Withings sync not working

The sync between withings and fitbit is no longer working. I already disconnected and reconnected my withings account but still the sync does not work. Could you please help?

Let me help you with your Withings integration. This is dependent on the link between the apps, is this isn't working and you tried troubleshooting this from Fitbit's side (revoking Withings permissions from Fitbit) then you will need to reach out to Withings Support for further assistance as they should support the integration.

Hi, when I try to link fitbit with withings I now get an error:

Exception receiving access token

Are you able to remove the link from the Withings app or side? There has also been an update since you initially posted. The team is aware of this issue, but may not be able to provide a fix in the immediate future. We'll continue to monitor the situation, and keep our team informed of the impact to you and other customers. We understand that this isn't the resolution you're hoping for, but rest assured we're always working to improve our products. Still you can try logging out from both apps, restart your phone and log back in. Also try doing this from the website on both platforms.
